Additional Burning Information:*All fires must be supervised and under control at all times: You must have fire-fighting equipment at the fire site (rake, shovel, containers of water and an extinguisher or water truck). Ensure a hose is within reach of your fire so you can put out spot fires. Watch prevailing wind direction & strength, as well as clearances from buildings or vehicles to avoid fire spread. Stop burning if your smoke obstructs any road or highway and post smoke warning signs until visibility is clear. Always extinguish spot fires caused by embers quickly. When you leave, please double-check and make sure the fire is out.
