Tree Seedlings for Landowners

From the July 05, 2010 Issue of Agri-News

Would you like to have thousands of tree seedlings planted for free on your land? The Woodlot Association of Alberta is offering white spruce and lodgepole pine seedlings at 25 cents a piece planted for free by professional planters. This offer applies only to owners of private land in Alberta. The minimum number of seedlings to be planted per person is 1,000. They can be planted in fields or in understory. The planting will be done in mid-late July. This offer is made possible by a grant obtained through the Forest Resource Improvement Association of Alberta.
